Frequently Asked Questions
Requirements vary by partner tier:
- Referral Partner: Basic business registration and relevant industry experience
- Silver Partner: 2+ years in business, technical team, and proven ERP/software experience
- Gold Partner: 5+ years in business, established client base, dedicated technical and sales teams, and proven success with similar partnerships
Commissions are calculated as a percentage of the recurring subscription revenue from clients you refer or implement. Payments are made:
- Monthly, within 30 days of client payment
- Based on your partner tier percentage (15%, 25%, or 30%)
- For the lifetime of the client subscription
- With additional bonuses for enterprise deals and annual contracts
All commission tracking and payments are managed through our partner portal.
Training requirements depend on your partner tier:
- Referral Partners: Online product overview (self-paced)
- Silver Partners: Comprehensive online certification covering sales, implementation, and support
- Gold Partners: Advanced certification including technical deep-dives, API training, and optional on-site training
All training is provided through our Partner Academy at no cost. Ongoing training and updates are required to maintain partner status.
We believe in building mutually beneficial relationships:
- Referral Partners: No minimum commitment
- Silver Partners: $50,000 annual revenue target
- Gold Partners: $200,000 annual revenue target
Partners who don't meet targets may be reviewed for tier adjustment, but we provide extensive support to help all partners succeed. Our focus is on quality partnerships rather than strict quotas.
